Since June 1^st, 2007 came into effect REACH Regulations (CE) no.1907/2006 of the European Parliament and Council that, through a single normative text, replaces most of the community laws actually valid referring to  chemical substances and introduces an integrated system for their recording, appraisal, authorization and restriction and whose aim is to assure a greater level of protection of the human health and environment.

Our company, on REACH basis, is:

- 1.final user of products or articles

- 2.distributor of products or articles

- 3.importer of articles containing substances, which are not intended to being released in normal or reasonably expectable conditions of use.

Our Company, therefore, does not turn out as subject to the obligation of recording and pre-recording fixed by the regulations.

From the information, till today, gathered by our usual suppliers, all the substances, which are currently employed in our production process and present in our products-articles, have been regularly pre-recorded.

In case, according to the information received by our suppliers, we should find out possible criticalities in article supply, it will be our cure to inform You immediately and to act on the market in order to guarantee a continuity to the products that we are supplying to Your Company.

Furthermore, we are pleased to inform You that, in compliance with the National and European rule and in order to give the most complete and transparent service, all the documents related to Safety Data Sheets of our selling products (paints, glues) are at Your disposal on our web-site.

It will be our cure to keep You informed on the possible updatings/upgradigs on the contents of the Safety Data Sheets, in order to guarantee You a sure use of the substances or products.

We remind You also that, in the case in which You should make a different use of the various product from those previewed and declared in the Safety Data Sheets, You must advise us immediately.
